Series Synopsis

"A Road Never Walked Alone" is a fantasy, action, and adventure series aimed at new adults. In the year 1839, the continent of Freyoria is in the midst of an industrial revolution. Magic and technology combine to create bustling cities and expansive railways, and monsters lurk in the wilderness between towns. Something new waits around every corner, and each path leads to an exciting adventure not yet begun.

Ezra Petras has always yearned to see the world, planning to follow in the footsteps of his merchant mother... Until she abruptly disappears, leaving behind only the tale of the Four Treasures of Joy in Ezra's memory. Determined to transform the story into a reality, Ezra sets out on a journey to gather the treasures and bring life back to his struggling impoverished hometown. Along the way, Ezra meets seven others all aiming to accomplish goals of their own: Evyn, a pirate aiming to save their lover's life; Raphal, an apothecary seeking fame and a fresh start; Tatiana, a star dancer running from a dark past; Rana, a magic researcher pursuing a pair of book thieves; Veon, a former assassin trying to atone for his crimes; Lenore, a priestess who has lost her memories; and Anguis, a mercenary chasing the men who murdered her family. Together, the travelers look to find safety on the road, accomplish their various goals, and establish relationships that will change their lives forever.

"A Road Never Walked Alone" focuses on found family and the strength of interpersonal relationships through its queer cast. Chapters are unveiled on a monthly basis with new releases going live on the eighth of every month. There are two types of books in this series: individual chapters and full books. Solo chapter releases will come each month and will have a color-coded cover to match the overall book they are part of. Full book releases will come yearly in January after each chapter in a given book has already gone live.
